Holiday gifts can be returned for exchange or store credit prior to January 7th, with gift receipt.
Sometimes it doesn't work out. We understand. If you need to do a return, here's how:
Return your item(s) by mail within 7 days of receiving your order. Carefully pack up the item(s) and purchase a return label from the shipping carrier of your choice. Once we've received the item back and inspected the pieces to ensure the condition has not been compromised, we'll process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that sale items, special orders, and shipping/handling fees are final sale and non-refundable.

Damaged Items Procedure
Oh no! We do our best to package your order up to ensure a safe delivery, but sometimes accidents happen. Please send us an image of the defective item to firstname.lastname@example.org to start a claim process for the item(s). Either a replacement or refund will be issued depending on the case. Please note, all damages must be emailed within 7 days of the parcels delivered date to be covered.
