Sometimes it doesn't work out. We understand. If you need to do a return, here's how:


Return online purchases for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Sale items, special orders, and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable.

Holiday gifts can be returned for exchange or store credit prior to January 7th, with gift receipt.


Log into your online account here and click the Return Items text beside the applicable order. Follow the onscreen instructions to initiate a return. Carefully pack up your items and purchase a return label from the shipping carrier of your choice.

Once we've received your item and inspected it to ensure original condition, we'll process a refund to the original payment method (or store credit if requested). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return In-Store

Refunds and exchanges can be processed in-store at 1198 Homer Street, Vancouver BC. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the returned item value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
