Can I order online and pick it up in your store?
If you live in BC, you'll see a Store Pick-up option at checkout. Pick-ups are usually ready 24 hours after purchase, however we will send you an email when your order is ready to pick up. Store pick-ups are always complementary.
I live in the US, do you ship here?
Yes we do. Our doormats will cost just $10 in shipping to the US.
Are duties and taxes included?
Outside of Canada, we do not charge sales taxes, although you may be liable for import duties on some items. You are responsible for paying import duties to your country.
How long will it take for my doormat to arrive?
For Fedex Ground shipments we estimate 1-7 business days an for Fedex overnight we estimate 1-2 business days. These times are applicable in both Canada and the US.
Returns FAQs
How long do I have to return the doormat?
Return online purchases for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Sale items, special orders, and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable.
How do I return my item(s)?
By-Mail
Log into your online account here and click the Return Items text beside the applicable order. Follow the onscreen instructions to initiate a return. Carefully pack up your items and purchase a return label from the shipping carrier of your choice.
Once we've received your item and inspected it to ensure original condition, we'll process a refund to the original payment method (or store credit if requested). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return In-Store
Refunds and exchanges can be processed in-store at 1198 Homer Street, Vancouver BC. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the returned item value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
