Bistro Natural Salt & Pepper Mills

This duo of salt and pepper mills in black and white replicates the symbolic shapes of the first Peugeot mill designed in 1874. Bistro represents the French art of gastronomy. Made of wood, the Bistro mills incorporate the Peugeot grinding mechanism. The knob located on the top of these mills is used to adjust the coarseness to your preference (the looser the button, the coarser the grind). You can therefore season your dishes as you wish. • To adjust the grind, tighten or loosen the button knob.
• Do not put salt in the pepper mill or pepper in the salt mill; each mechanism is designed specifically for a single spice & they are not interchangeable.
• Do not use wet salts in the salt mill.
• Do not place salt or other spices in the pepper mill.
• Use only black, white or mixed peppercorns in the pepper mill; not suitable for green or pink peppercorns.
• Wipe exterior with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
